Known as “1031 Rob” to most, Robert M. Pecha is now a member of Great Point Capital, LLC, which is a boutique alternative investment firm specializing in securitized real estate offerings. More specifically, Robert helps investors navigate their 1031 like-kind exchanges. This helps the investor defer capital gains tax on the sale of their investment property. While 1031s are great, they are not always the easiest thing to execute successfully. Robert is able to take clients through the entire 1031 process with a modular and customizable portfolio of eligible properties.
Rob had a logo but strived for an online presence that was sophisticated and luxurious. We designed his infographics, curated stock and original photography, developed his dynamic WordPress website and copyedited content so that the language comes across simple yet powerful. We also designed business cards that resemble black American Express credit cards and a plugin that allows you to scan Rob’s contact information directly from his website.
